Our ITMAV Project, or Initiative de travail de milieu auprès des aînés vulnérables, is for residents of the South-West Borough over the age of 50 who are looking for support and also need to find resources.

Our ITMAV outreach worker Alicia Rosciszewski goes out into the South-West neighborhoods and does the following: 

• Takes the time to listen
• Identifies needs
• Gives information
• Refers residents to community resources
• When necessary, accompanies them

Interventions are individual and usually involve familiarizing people with  available resources to meet their needs.
