Our Community Support (CS) Team is dedicated to encouraging our members to maintain their autonomy. By providing a variety of services and connecting our members with valuable resources, we help improve their quality of life and reduce feelings of isolation. Our team plays a vital role in fostering a supportive network with the exceptional work that our intervention unit provides. The CS guiding principle has always been, “We do with, not for.” This approach ensures that we support individuals through collaboration and respect, fostering independence and a sense of community.
