Community Services

Our support staff, including frontline and outreach workers, play a vital role in creating a safe and healthy environment for the independent seniors in our community. By advocating for rights, connecting individuals to essential resources, and offering personalized support, we help improve our members’ quality of life.

Our team’s approach is centered on the principle of working together with our members to ensure they receive the support they need to maintain their independence while accessing the resources they require.

Through collaboration and respect, we work with community members to reduce isolation, encourage independence, and build a stronger, more connected neighborhood.

See Where You Fit In

Depending on where you live, you may fall under one of our three intervention departments, keeping in mind that we serve individuals aged 50 and over.

  • If you live in the South-West and become a member of our center, you may be supported by one of our community support department workers.
  • If you live in a nonprofit, cooperative, private housing, or are unhoused in Little Burgundy, Saint-Henri, or Griffintown, you may be supported by our ITMAV community outreach worker.
  • If you live in public housing (HLM) in Little Burgundy, you will be supported by our HLM support worker.
