Community Services

Our intervention workers, including outreach and support staff, play a pivotal role in fostering a safe and healthy environment for autonomous older adults in our community. By providing advocacy, connecting individuals to vital resources, and offering personalized support, we help enhance the quality of life for our members.

Our team's approach is centered around the principle of working together with our members ensuring that they are supported to maintain their autonomy while receiving the resources that they need.
